Royal Mail Large Letter services are designed for sending large letters, although it can be used to ship any product that is within the size guidance stipulated by Royal Mail. 

There are some important factors to be sure of before selecting these services but, if used correctly the services can result in significant cost savings. 

The final size dimensions for LL shipments are as follows: 

Length: 353mm

Width: 250mm

Depth: 25mm

This is the final size of the outbound package, you must be sure before selecting the service that your items always stay within these bounds including packaging. It is possible to dictate which packaging is selected for your orders over your whole account (please contact your CSM) or populate the Packing Instruction field for specific SKUs. 

Warning

Please do not select these services for usage unless you have taken steps to ensure your orders will always fit within the above specification. Items which move while in transit and go over this specification will likely be surcharged. 

If this service is selected and items found by Royal Mail to be out of spec, this may result in correction charges being applied by the carrier and there will be surcharges on your 3PL invoice. 

These services are used at your own risk and Fulfillable will not check / determine if items fall within the size bounds and bear no liability for carrier surcharges.
