Amazon Integration

You can integrate Fulfillable  with Amazon to do the following:

• Imports orders.
• Option for stock sync.
• Option for product sync.
• Updates tracking numbers and despatch status.
• Option for VAT pricing breakdown on sales orders.
• Imports gift messages.
• Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime Shipping Integration.
• Auto-create simple products - infinite stock enabled.
• Support for North America region - US developer ID: 820151929405.

Connect to Amazon

1. Click Connect then click Order Integrations.
2. Click the Premium tab then select Amazon.
3. Click Add Account then complete the following fields:

   Field	Description
   MarketPlace	This is the region for the integration.
   Sellerid / Merchantid	This is the seller or merchant id from Amazon.
   Order Prefix	A prefix to add before the order number.
   Connection IOSS	This is the IOSS number for the Amazon connection.

4. Once complete, click the Amazon MFN tab.
   Note: Keep MFN Active off until you’re ready to connect.
5. Configure the following fields:

   Field	Description
   MFN Delay	This delays for new orders to import from Amazon into Fulfillable.
   Mark Order As Despatched	This automatically marks orders as despatched on Amazon as soon as they're successfully exported from Amazon.
   Sync MFN Stock Level	Turn this on if you want to sync stock.
   Sync MFN Stock Level Delay	This is how frequently you would like the stock to sync. Note: We recommend 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
   Sync New MFN Products	Turn this on if you want to import new products on Amazon.
   Product Sync Delay (Hours)	This is how frequently you would like to sync new products. Note: We recommend one hour.
   Include Bundles In MFN Stock Sync	If you sell your stock in bundles, to sync stock for these items, select this.
   Sync Stock Only where inventory existed	This only syncs the levels if stock exists in Fulfillable for the product.
   Account can be used for FBA	To learn more about Amazon FBA, contact us.
   Import ShipBy and Delivery Dates	This imports the ShipBy and Delivery dates. You can use this option to improve despatch metrics.
   Numbers Of Days to Check back from Orders	How many days in the past do you want Fulfillable to check for orders. Note: We recommend set zero for all.
   Import Prime Flagged Orders Only	This only imports flagged orders.

6. Click Update then open a new browser tab.
7. Load https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/ then click Log Out.
8. Go back into Fulfillable then click Authorise.
9. Log into Seller Central then click AuthoriseMintsoftSellingPartnerAPI.
10. Click Confirm.

Shipping mapping

Amazon uses the following shipping terms depending on the marketplace for standard shipping:

• STD - Standard.
• EXP - Express.
• DOM - Domestic.
• INT: - International.

Example:  

• STD UK DOM.
• STD UK INT.
• EXP UK INT.

Multiple rates or zones: If the store offers multiple courier rates or zones, Amazon adds _1 for each zone at the end.

For example, EXP UK DOM_1 or EXP UK DOM_2.

Premium shipping methods: If you offer one day or two day premium shipping this is communicated as:

• UK NEXT
• UK SECOND

Prime shipping methods: If you're on the seller fulfilled prime programme then the mappings have -PRIME at the end of the tag, for example:

• STD UK DOM_1-PRIME.
• STD UK DOM_2-PRIME.
• STD UK DOM-PRIME.
• UK NEXT-PRIME.
• UK SECOND-PRIME.

Map these terms in the couriers name field on OMS in Shipping, Courier Service Mappings.
