When generating shipments via our Scurri integration, you may get errors such as:
This will be due to an address or data issue with the shipment - unfortunately Scurri are unable to return the exact error to us via the API.

To find out, or fix the error you need to login to Scurri (ITD webship) directly - https://data.scurri.co.uk/
From the dashboard click on the errors:
Then find & click on the shipment with an error;
It will then list the precise error with the shipment:
You can either edit the error in Scurri, or you can edit the address in Fulfillable and attempt to recreate the shipment (this is preferred as it will mean the tracking number and shipping label is available in Fulfillable to print.
